Jos\u00e9 Cruz Castellanos, debe irse a la calle y fincarle responsabilidades, claman ciudadanos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por Nicol\u00e1s Guzm\u00e1n\/<\/strong>Palenque, Chiapas.- Gran indignaci\u00f3n caus\u00f3 el alumbramiento de un beb\u00e9 en los ba\u00f1os del hospital de palenque, cuando la madre, que omitimos su nombre, \u00a0al no ser atendida dio a luz a su angelito en los ba\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La gente que estaba afuera indignada lanz\u00f3 maldici\u00f3n sobre el Ejecutivo del estado, Rutilio Escand\u00f3n y del secretario de Salud, Jos\u00e9 Cruz Castellanos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaron los mismos pacientes, la mam\u00e1 del beb\u00e9 lleg\u00f3 con dolores de parto, pero los galenos no quisieron atenderla;
